VNII NP-231 is a silicone fluid thickened with DG-100 carbon.
The heat-resistant VNII NP-231 grease is used for lubrication of enclosed worm-screw mechanisms, slow-speed roller and friction-type bearings within the temperature range from -60°C to +250°C and at the residual pressure of 666.5 Pa.
